180–210 kg/day mess kitchen waste sent to a landfill contract at ₹22,000/month. Compost was bought in for landscaping at ₹8,000/month. Total disposal + supply cost: ₹30,000/month.
Solution
K-Thermo K-OWC-200 (heated, 22-24 hr cycle) installed with PLC, screening unit, weather canopy. Operator training (40 hrs) + commissioning. Total CapEx ~₹15 L.
Result
Zero outsourced disposal. ~150 kg/day FCO-grade compost goes straight to in-house landscaping. Net saving ₹30,000/month + ~30 hr engineer-on-site service in 14 months.
FMCG plant, Maharashtra — K-OWC-500
Problem
500 kg/day mixed canteen + production-floor organic waste, EPR plastic-credit obligations under PWM 2016 (am. 2022) escalating year-on-year. Procurement compared 3 OEMs before tender.
Solution
K-Thermo 500 kg/d composter with full PLC + SS 304 mixing chamber + trolley feeder. Pre-bid factory inspection at Manesar; SS 304 build + L&T-spec electricals chosen over imported alternatives. CapEx ~₹22 L.

Daily 500 kg organic stream handled in-house. Composted output supports landscape + plantation drives. EPR plastic-credit gap closed via paired K-BPM 25 baling press for dry-waste stream.
Municipal ward, Haryana — K-Drum 1500
Problem
1,500 kg/day decentralised composting requirement under SBM 2.0 ULB ward project; tender required SS 304 contact parts + GeM-Verified OEM with L1+15% MSME preference under GFR Rule 153.
Solution
K-Drum drum-in-vessel (natural, 15-day cycle) with MSEP / FRP coating, 3-phase 415 V, PLC controls. Supplied via GeM under product code 90131500. Total CapEx (machine + civil) ~₹38 L; ULB share 25% under SBM 2.0.
Result
Decentralised compost shed processes ward-level wet waste, eliminates landfill route. Compost distributed free to citizens; net impact: zero ULB OPEX premium beyond AMC.
MRF dry-waste site — K-BPM 25 baling press
Problem
Mid-size MRF processing 4 TPD dry-waste needed in-house baling for PET / paper / cardboard / HDPE; previously paying 3rd-party balers ₹1.5/kg + transport. Site running at <30% margin.
Solution
K-BPM 25 vertical hydraulic baler (25-ton press, 300–500 kg/m³ density, 3-phase 415 V). Single-operator load-cycle-strap-tip workflow. CapEx ~₹7.5 L; payback 11 months on baling-cost saving alone.
Result
3rd-party baling cost eliminated. Bale density & quality improved — offtake price up by ~₹4-6/kg on PET / cardboard. Site margin recovered to ~45% within 6 months.
Middle East OEM — export consignment, K-Drum line
Problem
Middle East OEM partner needed a private-label rotary composter line with same SS 304 build + IEC-spec electricals as their European-branded equivalent; budget required 30%+ saving vs European OEM.
Solution
Bulk K-Drum export consignment manufactured at Manesar with private-label livery; CE-marking documentation + risk-assessment dossier supplied. Same build standard as domestic SBM units — no spec downgrade.

What's the typical project timeline from PO to commissioning?
5–10 TPD MSWM plant: 14–20 weeks from PO to commissioning. 25–50 TPD: 18–28 weeks. 100 TPD MRF: 22–32 weeks. K-Pyro pyrolysis: 28–36 weeks (CPCB CTE/CTO process is the longest pole). Single-product machines (composters, balers, shredders, MWI): 6–14 weeks ex-Manesar.
Do you support pre-bid factory inspections?
Absolutely. Pre-bid factory inspections are welcomed and recommended — we'll arrange a guided tour of our 30,000+ sq ft Manesar plant, walk you through the QAP, fabrication line, and meet the engineering team. Schedule via the contact form.
Can I see a working K-Drum / K-Thermo / MWI before signing?
Yes — we can arrange site visits to operating installations (subject to host-buyer permission). For K-Drum and K-Thermo we have multiple Delhi-NCR sites accessible within a day trip. For MWI / pyrolysis, longer-distance visits are coordinated case-by-case.
What documentation comes with every project?
QAP (Quality Assurance Plan), Pre-Dispatch Inspection report, electrical & mechanical drawings, O&M manual, operator training certificate (40 hrs), 1-year warranty card, AMC contract template, spare-parts list, fault-recovery checklist, CTE/CTO design dossier (where applicable).
