K-BPM 50 — heavy-duty baler for industrial dry-waste & large MRFs.
50-ton hydraulic baling press for industrial-scale dry waste — large MRFs, scrap yards, recycling consolidators, FMCG distribution hubs. Higher bale density (export-grade), faster cycle, larger feed opening than the K-BPM 25.

Best for
♻ Large MRFs (10+ TPD)
Higher cycle speed and bale density mean fewer bales for the same input — better logistics economics.
🚚 Export-grade bales
600 kg/m³ density needed for sea-freight efficiency and overseas buyer specifications.
🏭 Recycling consolidators
Aggregator yards collecting from multiple smaller MRFs. Process variety of materials in one machine.
Common questions
When does K-BPM 50 pay off vs K-BPM 25?
Three triggers: (a) daily volume above ~5 TPD makes the speed difference matter; (b) you need export-grade bale density above 500 kg/m³; (c) you handle materials too dense for the 25-ton (light scrap, dense fibrous waste). For most institutional or small-MRF sites, K-BPM 25 is the right pick.
CapEx?
Indicative ex-Manesar (2026): ~₹9 – 14 L for the standard machine. Auto-strapping (~₹2.5 L), light curtain safety (~₹1 L), PLC + HMI upgrade (already standard).
Power requirement?
15–22 kW hydraulic motor, ~25 kW connected load. Soft-start eliminates inrush. Daily energy consumption depends on cycles per day — typical 4-shift MRF burns 80–120 kWh/day.
What's the cylinder service interval?
Hydraulic cylinder seals: typical service every 2,500-3,000 cycles (~12-18 months for single-shift use, 6-9 months for double-shift). Replacement seal kit ~₹35-50 k. Cylinder rod chrome plating inspection at 5,000 cycles. We supply OEM seal kits ex-Manesar same-day.
Is there a light-curtain safety upgrade?
Yes — light-curtain safety system around the loading aperture is available as an optional upgrade (~₹85 k-1.2 L). Required for export markets and recommended for operations with multiple operators / variable shift teams. Includes interlocked PLC with category-3 safety logic.
Export-grade compliance — what's covered?
K-BPM 50 supports CE-marking on request (additional documentation + ~₹2-3 L upgrade for category-3 safety + risk assessment dossier). Bale density 400-600 kg/m³ meets export bale standards (PET / paper / cardboard / HDPE) for shipping in 20-ft / 40-ft containers.
