Common questions
25-ton or 50-ton — which to pick?
K-BPM 25 is the right pick for daily volumes up to ~5 TPD dry-waste, single-operator sites, or retail back-of-house. K-BPM 50 makes sense above 5 TPD, when bale density above 500 kg/m³ is needed (export shipping), or when handling tougher materials like dense scrap. See K-BPM 50 →
How dense are the bales — will they hold for export?
K-BPM 25 produces bales at 300–500 kg/m³. PET typically ~350 kg/m³, cardboard ~400, paper ~450. For dense export bales (~600 kg/m³+), step up to K-BPM 50. With proper 4-strap binding, K-BPM 25 bales hold structural integrity for normal Indian transport.
Single-operator?
Yes. Loading is from the front via the hinged door; one operator can load, cycle, strap and tip out bales. Throughput at 90–120 sec/cycle = ~25–35 bales per shift.
CapEx?
Indicative ex-Manesar (2026): ~₹4.5 – 6 L for the standard machine. Add auto-strapping (~₹1.5 L), PLC auto-cycle (~₹0.6 L), or stainless-steel chamber (~₹1 L) as optional.
