Waste loading trolley
Stainless-steel trolley for transporting waste from collection to composter input. Available in 100 L and 200 L. Lockable castors. Standard with most OWC packages.
Compost collection bin
HDPE or SS 304 bin positioned at the composter output door. Optional integrated mesh screen for sieving fines.
Control panel enclosure
IP54-rated outdoor enclosure with PLC, contactors, relays. Canopy-fitted for rain protection. Standard with all OWC packages — sold separately for retrofit.
Inoculant dispenser
Calibrated microbial culture dispenser for accurate dosing per batch. Auto-dosing version with PLC integration available.
Compost curing drum
Rotating drum for post-processing — aeration and moisture reduction of semi-finished compost. Improves output stability and earthy smell.
Compost screening unit
Vibrating or trommel screen separates fine compost from coarse material. Mesh sizes 5–20 mm interchangeable. Essential for FCO-grade retail compost.

Common accessories questions
Are accessories bundled or sold separately?
Mostly à la carte. Some accessories (e.g., control panel enclosure with K-Thermo, basic safety package with K-BPM) are bundled by default. Curing drum, screening unit, SCADA HMI, light-curtain safety, weather canopy and CEMS are typically priced separately. Bundle quotes available at configurator stage.
Which accessories are essential vs nice-to-have?
Essential (we recommend): control panel, basic safety, curing drum (for composters), CEMS + APCS (for MWI per CPCB SOP). Strongly recommended: screening unit (FCO-grade output), weather canopy (outdoor units), SCADA (multi-site operations). Nice-to-have: light-curtain safety (single-operator MRFs), auto-strapping (high-throughput balers), inoculant dispenser (institutional composters).
Indicative pricing?
Curing drum: ₹1.5–4 L by capacity. Screening unit: ₹2–6 L. Weather canopy: ₹1.2–2.5 L. SCADA HMI: ₹1.5–3 L. Light-curtain safety: ₹85 k–1.2 L. Auto-strapping: ₹1.2–1.8 L. CEMS: ₹35–60 L (mandatory for MWI / pyrolysis). APCS: ₹15–35 L (MWI only). Loading trolley: ₹40 k–1.5 L by capacity.
Lead time on accessories?
Most accessories ship same time as the main machine (6–14 weeks). CEMS units have a 10–12 week lead time and need to be ordered alongside the main pyrolysis or MWI quote. Spare-parts dispatch is same-day ex-Manesar.
Can I retrofit accessories to an existing KWTPL machine?
Yes for most: screening unit, curing drum, SCADA HMI, weather canopy, inoculant dispenser, basic accessories. Light-curtain safety + auto-strapping are field-installable on K-BPM. CEMS retrofit on MWI is possible but typically requires PLC upgrade. Send model + year + serial via contact form and we'll quote.
